"When he looked at this microphone, you could hear a pin drop," says Lundforf. "Seventy percent of the message is non-verbal. I don't think you get any more non-verbal than that."
Eastburn tells the audience he grew up chewing his nails.
"It became chronic," jokes Eastburn. "Hitch-hiking didn't work very well for me," says Eastburn as the crowd laughs. "I'd be sitting out there for hours or days. The cars would keep flying by."
Fellow comedians say Brett's honesty allow the audience to laugh with Brett.
"When he makes them feel comfortable about it, they feel comfortable with him," says Bueno.
"It's not hilarious that I don't have arms and legs, but it can be," says Eastburn. "I think it's funny that people can go out of the way to avoid pointing out the fact that I don't have arms and legs."
"Remember that movie Bambi," Eastburn asks the audience. "Bambi had that little buddy thumper," Eastburn says prompting laughs from the audience.
"That's actually a big portion of my comedy is the way people react to the first time they see me," says Eastburn. "It's like avoiding the elephant in the room. They think maybe because I don't have arms and legs, that maybe I don't have a brain either."
The jokes keep coming and so do the laughs.
"The job I had before this one, I used to top out trees," says Eastburn. "The guy above me dropped his chainsaw. I caught it," jokes Eastburn.
Eastburn tells a number of stories during his 25 minute routine.
"Think about it, I'm on the highway. I get in a big accident, the state trooper shows up they find my wallet and they read the back of the card and I donated my hands and feet. Do you know how many hours they're gonna be digging around the wreckage trying to find my hands and feet," jokes Eastburn. "I know it's sick, but I think that's funny."
